Hi there Nadine, welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your great question.
Affirm is technically not an accepted form of payment for your
theme park tickets, if you used a virtual Visa card then it sounds like it did allow you to make the purchase. Disney eTickets purchased on the
Disneyland Resort site or the
Disneyland app may not be delivered immediately. If you just recently purchased your tickets, I'd give it a day or two for the transaction to be completed. If you're still having trouble and the tickets have not been delivered, then I'd reach out to a helpful Cast Member on the
Tickets Guest Services line. I'm hoping they can help get your tickets straightened out so you can get back to the "Happiest Place on Earth" without any issues!
It looks like you'll be visiting during
Halloween Time to enjoy some frightfully good fun! The Disney Parks Blog just released the
Halloween Foodie Guide for the season, and I highly recommend checking it out before your trip. We love to see which goodies we should absolutely try during our next visit, I'm personally very excited for the Trick or Treat Sweets Churro!
Nadine, I'm sending you pixie dust that your tickets get straightened out soon! If we can help with any other questions,
please come back and ask!
"Season's Screamings!"
Melissa
