I’ve purchased 4 tickets for 4 adults. Should they each download the My Disney Experience app? Or should I manage everyone’s reservations? Do I have to swipe my phone 4 times to check into every ride?

Hiya Katie and welcome to planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is fast approaching and I'm so excited for you. And if this trip is an adults-only excursion I'm even more thrilled! You absolutely have the option to manage plans for your party with the My Disney Experience app. 9 times out of 10 I'm the one managing my family's plans because I know where everything is. Just tap the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Tap my profile and then go to the Family & Friends List. Scroll down and tap the blue Add a Guest feature. You can enter their name and age and manage the plans for this Guest. Tap the blue Add Guest button and you're all set. You can now be the one to book the Lightning Lanes via the Disney Genie+ Service! Be sure to book one for Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT. Between snacks at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, Remy can take you on a tour de France from his point of view!

Katie, I hope I've helped you today. If you have any more questions please visit us again here at planDisney!

    Happy planning!
