Hi Nancy,
Welcome back to planDisney! Hooray for purchasing theme park tickets!
First things first, make sure you have a
My Disney Experience account. Second, make sure that everyone traveling with you is listed or connected in your
My Family & Friends list. Then, you can
link your theme park tickets in your account and assign them to members of your party. Once you have those tickets linked and assigned, you can make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
When you use the Disney Park Pass system, the system will prompt you to select the individuals in your party from your Family & Friends list. As long as they have valid theme park admission, you should be able to make park pass reservations for everyone in your party. Prior to making those park pass reservations, check the
park availability calendar for the dates of your visit.
If you have a
Walt Disney World resort hotel reservation, you also need to
link that reservation in My Disney Experience. Of course, if you do not yet have a resort hotel reservation, I recommend making one so that you can stay right in the middle of the magic! With a Walt Disney World resort hotel stay, you can take advantage of
resort transportation. On our last visit, we were quite impressed with the efficiency and availability of resort transportation. We never waited more than 10 minutes. Also be on the lookout for
early theme park entry for Walt Disney World resort hotel guests.
Nancy, I trust that you will be able to link those theme park tickets. If you have any trouble, check in with your travel agency. Since you purchased the tickets from them, someone there may need to help you with specific questions about those tickets. In the meantime, keep planning. Assemble your super-hero friends! We cannot wait to welcome you back for your next
Incredible Disney Day!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
