    I purchased my tickets through AAA for 3 days in late November. My email says that we have to be at the park to pick up the tickets, but we live in SC not Florida. How do we start scheduling attractions without the actual tickets?

    Hey there, Valera! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for visiting us!

    There are many places from which you can purchase your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets, such as AAA, select discount clubs, and other approved vendors. Congratulations on your purchase! Now, more than ever, it is important to plan ahead, as you will want to link these Tickets within your My Disney Experience Account and make Park Pass Reservations in advance of your visit. Obviously, that needs to be able to happen remotely, as you cannot exactly “stop by” to pick up your TIckets! Never fear, Valera! Your confirmation e-mail after your purchase should include both a AAA confirmation/reservation number and a Disney confirmation number. If you cannot find the Disney confirmation number, sometimes it may be buried within the e-mail or in an attachment. This is the number you would use to “Add Tickets” within the “My Plans” page of your My Disney Experience account. Once you’ve done so, you can then assign each Ticket a Guest who will be traveling with you and then book Park Pass Reservations right away! Plus, if you have Magic Bands or Admission Cards at home that have been linked to your account in advance, you can bypass the Ticket Counter and use those for entry on vacation! If you do not have any, do not worry, as you can go ahead and make advance Park Reservations and then pick up Admission Cards when you arrive on your vacation. Alternatively, you can consider ordering and linking MagicBands to your account in advance! There are so many fun designs, and each band is truly a beautiful memento and piece of flair for each member of the family!
