Hello there, Erlinda! Welcome to planDisney. We are thrilled to hear you are heading to The Happiest Place on Earth soon!
Theme park ticket reservations are a very important step of the planning process for your Disneyland visit, so let's help get you those reservations. The last time I purchased Disneyland tickets from a military base, they printed me out tickets on pieces of paper. These vouchers/tickets should include a Ticket ID #, which usually is on the top right of the paper. These are your ticket numbers. What you will need to do is download the
Disneyland app and sign in or create a Disney account. Once you are logged into the app, you will want to tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner of the app. Next, you'll tap on "Tickets and Passes". At the top right of the screen, you'll tap on "+" and "Link Tickets & Passes". If there is a barcode on the tickets you will be able to scan each one to link them. If there is no barcode, you can enter the Ticket ID number. Once you have all your tickets linked, you are ready to make reservations.
To make reservations, tap on the "+" at the bottom of the app and tap on "Make a Park Reservation". On the next screen, tap "Make Park Reservations". This will take you to a page in your browser where you will be able to book theme park reservations for the tickets linked to your account. You'll select your days and the park you want to go to for each day. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you will select the park you are going to start in and you will be able to hop to the other park at 1:00 p.m.
Now you are all set to go! My protip for your visit is to familiarize yourself with the Disneyland app as it's such a great tool to make the most of your trip. You will be able to purchase and use
Disney Genie+ through the app, as well as
mobile order your food from participating locations to avoid waiting in those lines!
Erlinda, I hope this has helped you and you have your reservations confirmed and ready to go! See you real soon!
