To amend your unused
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket, please contact
Disneyland Resort – Tickets for assistance. I am confident that the Cast Member will be able to assist you with a favorable resolution to you. Please ask for an email confirmation with the ticket ID number and/or barcode because you will be able to then link or associate the ticket to your Disney account or the Disneyland Mobile App respectively.
Once your theme park ticket matter is resolved, kindly proceed to link all your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets to your
Disney account to begin your planning with
My Disneyland. To link your theme park tickets using your desktop, please sign in to your Disney account, and then click on
My Disneyland planning on the top right of the page. From there, please select
My Tickets where you will be able to enter the ticket ID numbers, one at a time, and when completed, the tickets will be linked. If you use the
Disneyland Mobile App, you will be able to either enter the ticket ID number manually or scan the barcode from your
Welcome page by selecting
Link Tickets.
As soon as you finish linking your theme park tickets please proceed to make your
Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations, as this is the process for entering the theme parks at this time.
Tips:
Download the
Disneyland Mobile App to manage your plans anytime and anywhere before and during your visit, and update the Payment Method to facilitate app transactions, such as
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and the purchase of the
Disney Genie+ service as soon as you enter the theme park.
If you purchase the Disney Genie+ you will receive unlimited digital downloads of
Disney PhotoPass Service attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day.
