Hi Laura!
Welcome to planDisney! I am happy to hear that you have purchased tickets to the magic and you are ready to use them!
The first thing you need to do is link your tickets to
My Disney Experience.
Sign in to your Disney account, visit
My Plans, and under
Park Tickets select
Link Tickets. Once you have linked and assigned tickets, you will be ready to
make Disney Park Pass reservations for the dates of your visit. Did you know that all Guests ages 3 and up are required to have both valid admission and a theme park reservation for the same park on the same date? You are welcome to
check Theme Park Reservation Availability online to plan accordingly, and once you decide which parks you are going to visit during your Disney vacation, go ahead and make
Disney Park Pass reservations. Be sure to check the expiration date of your tickets! Tickets impacted by the temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort were extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. If this is your case and you are unable to use tickets by September 26, 2021, you will be able to apply the value of your unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
There are different ways you can redeem tickets and enter the theme parks once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you would like to use a physical ticket, please stop by the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or any will-call window located at the entrance of the parks to retrieve your ticket card. Be sure to bring the confirmation e-mail sent to you, a government-issued photo ID, and the credit card used at the time of purchase. If you prefer to use technology, you can create a
Disney MagicMobile pass via the
My Disney Experience app and use your mobile device as your ticket. Finally, you are also welcome to purchase a
MagicBand ahead of your visit at
shopDisney.com or upon arrival at several merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel you can
order MagicBands at special prices, and you can also stop by Front Desk to request a
Key to the World card. What I like about all these options is that they can be used interchangeably!
I hope this information is helpful, Laura! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
