I just purchased my ticket by the web, and i just want to try to link the ticket to my disneyland app. But I didn’t get any PDF attachment of my tickets or my ticket ID or number that I can use to link it to the app. How can I link without the ticket PDF?

Hi Bella! Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for your question.

Oh bother! I'm sorry you've been having difficulties locating your ticket ID and linking your park tickets. That sounds frustrating!

Let's start with locating your ticket ID number, which you'll need to link park tickets in the Disneyland app. If you received an email confirmation, there should be a link to "Access Your eTickets" in the email. This link should allow you to view your theme park tickets, as well as your ticket ID numbers (located underneath the barcode). Or another way to find the ticket ID number is to log into your Disney account on the Disneyland website and within the "My Disneyland" drop-down menu at the far right of the top navigation bar, select "My Plans." From here, select one of your park day reservations and click the "Manage Reservation" box to the right. You should see a Confirmation Number there associated with each reservation. The confirmation number will also serve as your ticket number.

Once you have your ticket ID number, Bella, you'll be able to link your theme park tickets to the Disneyland app by clicking on the ☰ at the bottom right of the screen and selecting "My Tickets & Passes." Then click on the (+) sign in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes” to type in the theme park ticket numbers where they will be added to your Disneyland app!

Whew! We made it! But please know, if all else fails and you need further assistance, Bella, you can always reach out to Guest Services either by giving them a call or initiating a chat from the "Help" page on the Disneyland website. The help chat box hovers on the right-hand side of your screen and is a great resource to connect with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. I use it all the time!

I hope this has been helpful information for you, Bella, and that you have an incredible time immersed in the magic during Disneyland's 70th Celebration! Disney pulled out all the stops for this party of the decade! I'm especially blown away by the entertainment offerings! (Muppets Pre-show before World of Color Happiness! Paint the Night Parade! The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade with Shellie May and Duffy leading the way!)

Please feel free to reach out to me with any other questions, Bella. I'd love to share more of my tips and recommendations for a truly magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth.

    Warmest wishes,
    McCayla
