Hi Vanessa!
Welcome to planDisney! I am happy that you found us hEAR.
Oh, dear! I am so sorry that you are encountering some
ticket trouble and
Park Pass Reservation problems. Both Ticket Sales and Park Pass Reservations open 120 days in advance of every Disney Day, and the systems are both somewhat fluid, in that there are only so many reservations available. However, they do fluctuate in real-time based on what other guests have purchased and booked and are currently canceling as their plans shift. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see which kinds of tickets you've purchased, but I might have some helpful hints:
~First up, keep trying! It does seem that Mickey holds some reservations until the very end so all of his friends, even the last-minute planners like myself, have a chance to visit his original house.
~Here is the
Park Pass Reservation Calendar for 1-Park-Per-Day tickets as well as Park Hoppers. I'm currently showing open availability for both parks for park hopper tickets, but only Disneyland Park for the 1-park tickets. You can always book your parks based on these options and then check back in a few days (or even a few hours!) to see if anything has changed or opened up.
~If you have a 1-Park-Per-Day Ticket, you can upgrade to a Park Hopper once you're actually at Disneyland.
~And lastly,
if you're staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel your Park Pass Reservations 'pull' from a different 'pool' of reservations, so be sure to link your
Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation to your
My Disneyland Profile or in your
Disneyland Mobile App.
I hope that this helped to clEAR things up a bit, Vanessa and that you're able to pick your perfect park days. Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. Thank you again for submitting your question and if you have any more Disneyland Resort Vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
