    Hi. If I purchased ticket for a special event and haven’t received confirmation, what can I do. Im just not 100% sure I entered email correctly and I didn’t get screen shot but I was charged

    A very scary welcome to planDisney! Like me, I’m sure you’re ready for Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort! I love the characters in costume, the delicious treats and the festive decorations throughout both parks. But at the top of my list is Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party! I’m so glad you’re planning to add this special ticketed event to your plans! 

    I know some Guests experienced a delay in receiving their confirmation email when purchasing event tickets. But, if you still have not received your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further.
