Magic Key holder! I can imagine you're really looking forward to
all the theme park fun and all the
shopping and dining discounts available to you.
Hopefully by now you've been able to resolve the issue you were seeing with making your theme park reservations for your Magic Key Pass. If you're still in need of assistance, my suggestion is to reach out to the
Magic Key Membership Services team at (714) 781-7277 and speak with a Membership Services Cast Member for guidance.
Depending on the type of Magic Key Pass you purchased, there would be different
blockout dates that would apply, as well as a difference in the number of theme park reservations that a Magic Key holder can make and hold at any given time. Perhaps this was the issue you were seeing. In general, if you reach the limit for the number of theme park reservations that is provided with your Magic Key Pass, you'd be able to make new reservations by cancelling an existing reservation or waiting until the date for an existing reservation has passed.
