Hi there, Dana! Welcome to planDisney! Your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is just a few short weeks away - can you already hear The Dapper Dans singing on Main Street, U.S.A. with the wafting scent of that fabulous Disneyland popcorn popping away?! You are in for quite a magical time!
Now let's get to your question so you can get all your pixie-dusted logistics squared away. With just a few taps of your magic wand, you can easily send your friend both his
ticket and his
parking pass. There are two ways to do this - digitally or via good, old-fashion hard copies. Sometimes it's just nice to hold those tickets in your hands! As the purchaser of the tickets, I would just make a quick note to yourself which theme park ticket and parking pass you are handing over so there's no confusion when you arrive at the gates and no one accidentally tries to scan and already used ticket.
You should have received an email confirmation with a link to "Access your eTickets". If you purchased the tickets and parking passes separately, these will have come in two separate emails. In your own
Disneyland Mobile App account, select the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and tap into "Tickets & Passes". You can screenshot the theme park ticket and parking pass for your friend and send those along to him. He can then go into "Tickets & Passes" in his own app and click the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes". Here, he can tap "Enter the ID number" and manually type in the confirmation numbers for the ticket and parking pass. Once this is complete, they should show up in his account with barcodes that he can scan directly from his phone when he arrives at the Disneyland Resort. You can also decide to just hand over the hard copies of both the ticket and the parking pass. Similarly, open up the "Access Your eTickets" button on a desktop and select the print option, and off you go!
Dana, early June is SUCH an incredible time to visit the Disneyland Resort. By then, ALL of the
nighttime spectaculars will be back in full swing from World of Color to Fantasmic! to Disneyland Forever fireworks! And as an added treat, the Main Street Electrical Parade has made a grand return to celebrate its 50th anniversary, complete with a brand new finale float! I'm trying not to ruin any spoilers for myself but I've heard it's beautiful! And should we talk about the
bright new snacks popping up all over Disneyland Park to celebrate? You'll definitely need to grab a Light-Up Elliot Dragon Premium Popcorn Bucket, and I can't wait to try the Parade Dreams Churro from the Town Square Churro Cart!
So much magic awaits, Dana! If you have any more questions about your planning, we are always here for you at
planDisney.
Never stop dreaming!
Tara
