Hello! I purchased a ticket for 1 park but it says the reservations have reached its limit on the ticket, does that mean I don’t have to make a reservation? Thank you!

Hey there, hi there, Naomi! Thanks for popping in to planDisney with your question.

I believe that means that you already have a reservation associated with this ticket. Every Guest needs both a ticket and park reservation to enter the parks. Let me walk you through the steps to confirm:

~ Log in to the Disneyland website, using the account you used to purchase the ticket. Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. When you scroll down the page, if you see your reservation there, you are all set. You can assume you have a ticket as well, because you cannot have a reservation without a valid ticket!

~ You can also check using the Disneyland mobile app. Go to My Future Plans, and you should see the reservation there. You can also find your ticket in Tickets and Passes.

If for any reason you are still having issues, I would contact Ticket Services via phone to see if they can help you!

Sending you a pinch of pixie dust for good luck – hopefully that reservation is already there waiting for you!
