Hi there Tyne, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question, and we appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to return to a land of magic. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your theme park reservations, but I have a couple of ideas as to what's going on.
If you plan on
Park Hopping, you only need
theme park reservations for the park where you'll be starting your day. If you're starting your day at
Disney California Adventure Park, you'll only need a reservation for that park and not for
Disneyland Park. The system will only allow you to hold one theme park reservation per day, so just bibbidi bobbidi bounce right across the esplanade anytime after 1:00 PM to enjoy your second theme park of the day!
When you purchased your tickets and chose November 2 as your visit date, you may have automatically made theme park reservations for that day, thereby filling your quota of reservations. To see if you already reserved your spot, while logged into your Disneyland account, click on "View My Park Reservations" from
this page. You should also see your theme park reservations on the
Disneyland Mobile App. From the home screen, click the three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner to bring up the welcome screen. Then select "My Plans" and scroll through to check for theme park reservations.
If for some reason you still can't locate or make new theme park reservations, you'll have to
give the friendly folks at Disneyland ticketing or website support a call. It looks like as of today, there is still
plenty of availability on November 2, so that's not the problem. I hope you get your issues resolved quickly so you can start focusing on more fun things like, what
snacks will you sample at the all-new
Avengers Campus? Or, how can you best conquer the Spider-Bots at
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure?
Thanks again for coming to see us at planDisney, and I hope you have a magical visit in November!
