I just purchased my ticket online, and when I tried to make a reservation it said “this ticket has reached its limit on reservations.” Does that mean that once I buy my ticket on the Disneyland website, it automatically does a reservation? Thanks!

Hi, Joey! Thanks for stopping by planDisney and asking your question!

If you purchased your tickets on the Disneyland Resort website, you selected a date and which park you wanted to visit before you completed your transaction. This was your theme park reservation, so there are no further steps you need to take!

Since I see that you'll be visiting in December, it is very likely that you will be able to take advantage of the new Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services that will be launching soon. Disney Genie is a complimentary digital feature in the Disneyland app that will create customized park-touring strategies based on your interests. Disney Genie+ will be available for $20 per day, per ticket and will allow you to select the next available return time for an attraction and then skip most of the wait by using the Lightning Lane. Since you already purchased your tickets, you will be able to add on Disney Genie+ through the Disneyland app each day you are in the parks.

I hope you have a great time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
