Hi Jarad,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry you had to postpone your October trip. It sounds like you are ready to jump back into the magic of the park, so let’s dig, dig, dig, dig and find some information that can hopefully land you back in the park enjoying all the rides, snacks, and entertainment.
I revisited the Disneyland website where you can
purchase tickets and noticed some information on the page that might give us some direction. The site says that currently, one-day tickets purchased through Disneyland.com or the Disneyland app are valid now through December 30, 2026. Hopefully, tickets bought last year have a similar policy in that tickets bought in 2024 are good until the end of 2025. I suggest logging into your MyDisney account on the Disneyland website and checking to see if you can make a
park reservation. Click the “Make or Modify Park Reservation” button and see if your old ticket pops up. If your ticket does not pop up, I would recommend calling the
Ticket Services phone number for further help. If you contact Ticket Services and find that your ticket has expired, I suggest asking if the price you paid can be applied to a new theme park ticket or can be applied to any of the
current ticket deals that Disneyland is offering guests.
This year is the perfect time to visit the park, as Disneyland is celebrating its
70th anniversary! The celebration starts May 16, 2025, and runs through summer 2026. That means you have plenty of time to see all the magic. There are tons of new things coming to the park that may catch your eye. Check out the article from the
Disney Parks Blog to review every magical detail we know so far. I’m looking forward to the new World of Color show, “World of Color Happiness!” It will feature music from
Turning Red,
A Goofy Movie,
Tangled, and
Encanto. Who doesn’t like to rock out to “I2I”?! Stay updated on what else is coming to Disneyland by following
Disneyland on Instagram. I hope you'll be able to come back and enjoy this amazing celebration.
I hope this information is helpful, Jarad. If you have any other questions or need help planning, feel free to reach out to me or one of my fellow panelists. We’d be happy to share our thoughts.
Best of luck!
– Melinda
