Sleepy Hollow or take in the magic of an enchanting stage show at
Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire. Instead of running from ride to ride, you can use your mobile device to check out new recommendations the Genie might have for you, choose an arrival window for another attraction, or even order your next meal with
Mobile Ordering. All of these options can be found in your
My Disney Experience account or mobile app.
It sounds like you and your party have purchased 1-day tickets to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. I believe the reason you may not have been offered Genie+ Service during your purchase was because only Guests with multi-day tickets can purchase Genie+ ahead of their dates at the Parks. When purchasing
Genie+, Guests holding a 1-day
Theme Park Ticket need to purchase the day of their visit. That means anytime after midnight you're able to add on your fabulous new friend! If you don't want to hit the ground running at "rope drop" you can even add Genie+ later in the day!
