    I purchased ticket and got an email confirmation. Then I made a "reservation" for the dates. But after I did that, I did not receive an email confirmation. How do I know I did it correctly?

    We are so happy to answer your first question and to find out that in just a few days you will be making memories at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    In order to manage attendance during the reopening period, Guests are now required to make a reservation in advance for each park entry. This means that in addition to theme park tickets, visitors ages 3 and up must also have a reservation for the same park on the same date. Reservations can be made by Guests with valid admission via the Disney Park Pass system.

    In order to see your theme park reservations, log in to your Disney account and visit “My Plans”. You are also able to see your reservations in the “My Plans” section of the My Disney Experience mobile app. Please note that if you need to modify a reservation, you will have to first cancel it to be able to book a new date.
