I purchased ticket for Disneyland and we have reservations for June 23, and 24. I just realized that for some reason I purchased age 3-9 tickets, but all three of us are well over the age of 9. How can I update our tickets before we arrive?

Hi there Santiago and welcome to planDisney!

Nothing makes me feel more like a kid again than visiting the Happiest Place on Earth, so I understand accidentally purchasing the incorrect ticket. Hakuna Matata! We can fix this, and you'll be flying off to Never Land in no time.

To upgrade your tickets so they can be used by the young at heart, you'll want to call the Disneyland ticket help desk at (714) 781-4636, and a friendly Cast Member will assist you. If you're interested, consider adding the Park Hopper option while you're on the phone. With this upgrade, you're able to hop to another theme park without reservations after 1:00 PM. My family loves to start the day with Lightning McQueen and friends in Disney California Adventure Park and finish with a stroll down Main Street U.S.A. and one last glimpse of Sleeping Beauty Castle

Because so many Guests are anxious to return to a land of magic, you may experience longer than usual hold times, so I recommend browsing the Disney Parks Blog or finding us on social media while you wait. Thanks for your patience during this extraordinary time!

I hope this is helpful, Santiago, and your ticketing issue is quickly resolved so you can focus on more fun matters like, which attraction you will experience first and what snacks are on your must-try list, churros? Popcorn? I know I’ll be having BOTH! Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!
