    I purchased a ticket for my daughter to Disneyworld almost 2 years ago uMay2021She did not come with us due to extreme anxiety of the pandemic. I put her ticket on a magic band and have bot used it for any days will I be able to get a credit for any park?

    I’m so sorry to hear that the pandemic got in the way of your daughter’s visit to Walt Disney World. I know that must have been such a bummer for her! The good news is there is always something new and exciting to enjoy at Walt Disney World, so whenever she is able to visit is bound to be special. In fact, my absolute favorite attraction in all four parks just opened this year at EPCOT. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is an intergalactic race through space AND time that will blow you away. I definitely recommend that she check it out the next time she is there!

    Now, while your unused tickets have expired, the value of those tickets will be valid indefinitely in your account. However, there is currently no way to access this credit online. So, to use the credit toward a future visit, you will need to speak to one of the wonderful Cast Members on the Existing Tickets Team by calling (407) 934-7639. They will be happy to help you apply your credit whenever you are ready.

    If you do visit any time before March 31st, 2023, you will get to be a part of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration. It's such a special and magical time to visit, with so many new things to see and enjoy. Make sure you leave time to enjoy the new nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park. This fantastic show will leave you breathless as the fireworks and EARidescent projections light-up Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A. I promise you won’t regret checking this one out!
