Hello, Mayra,
I’m sorry things didn’t work out for your first choice to visit the Disneyland Resort. I hope you get an opportunity to go soon.
Fortunately, you should have that chance! Although theme park tickets are
nonrefundable, a purchased ticket may be used to book a new
theme park reservation for another date after canceling an existing reservation.
When you purchase a
theme park ticket, directly from Disney, you should receive a confirmation email that includes the ticket expiration date. Tickets purchased from third-party vendors usually include some form of documentation with the ticket that indicates the expiration. Theme park reservations may be made with the ticket up to that expiration date. If for some reason you are unable to visit the Disneyland Resort before the expiration date, a wholly unused ticket may be upgraded to a new ticket of equal or greater value.
I’m glad you should have an opportunity to enjoy the magic of the Disneyland Resort, Mayra. Perhaps you will be able to enjoy some of the
entertainment offerings returning this year. It’s shaping up to be a magical time at The Happiest Place on Earth!
