Sarah from ON Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased a ticket with the Canadian deal a year and a half ago but then Covid hit and I was unable to use my ticket. I was hoping for a way to figure out a refund as it was impossible for me to travel during this time.

Hi Sarah! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!

I understand that you were unable to use your ticket from a previous deal and are not sure when you can return again currently. I have GREAT news for you. According to the eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park ticket may be applied to the purchase of a new Theme Park admission ticket at the current price if the new ticket purchase is equal or greater than the amount paid on the original ticket. This does not apply to special event tickets or tickets purchased from third parties.

When you are ready to visit, you can contact the Tickets help desk or go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket to the purchase of a new ticket. Be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability to make sure the date you are wishing to visit has availability for the park of your choice.

I hope this information helps and that you are able to make a trip to The Happiest Place on Earth soon! We appreciate you stopping by planDisney!
