Cesar, if you have misplaced your admission and your proof of purchase, I recommend that you
call the hotline for existing tickets and speak to a Cast Member who will be able to help you out. It's possible that they may be able to locate your ticket media for you or they will walk you through getting a new ticket. Make sure to link it to your
My Disney Experience account as soon as possible so you don't need to worry about misplacing the code or the receipt again!
As part of the
phased reopening process of the Theme Parks, a
Disney Park Pass reservation is required in addition to your ticket in order to be admitted so be sure to log on and make your selection as soon as you have your tickets linked to your account! You can check out availability for Disney Park Pass reservations using
this calendar, so be sure to have a look when you're planning out where you want to go.
