    I purchased a ticket a while ago and cannot find it in the app. Can you tell me where and how to find it?

    Welcome to planDisney, Hanna! Thank you so much for trusting us to answer your question today. It looks like you'll be in 'The Happiest Place on Earth' tomorrow! So, let's get you some helpful information on locating that ticket so you can enjoy all the magic awaiting you there!

    It sounds like you may have purchased your theme park ticket and made your park reservation already. If you completed this process while logged into your MyDisney account, you can go ahead and log back in and visit the "My Plans" section. From there, you should see your currently held reservations (including theme park reservations, hotel reservations, and dining reservations made in your name). If you see tomorrow's date and a confirmation number for your park reservation, then you should be good to go!

    Now, I imagine you'd like to locate your eTicket and be able to scan it for entry to the theme park from your mobile device. First, I suggest you ensure your mobile phone is running the latest operating system and that the official Disneyland mobile app is updated to the most recent version. Then, log in to your MyDisney account in the app and tap the '☰' symbol on the home screen to display the "My Tickets & Passes" section. Once there, you should see any tickets linked to your account displayed there, along with the barcode, eTicket number, and expiration date for each one! If you're still having trouble finding your tickets, you may just need to re-link them to your account, which can be done online or by tapping the (+) sign in the right-hand corner of the Tickets & Passes section in your app. From there, you can either manually enter the eTicket number or use your mobile device's camera to scan the barcode or QR code that you received in your email confirmation. 

    Hanna, if none of these strategies are working for you, I recommend calling the Tickets line to speak with a Cast Member by phone. You might want to have your original ticket purchase information on hand, including the purchase date, eTicket number or confirmation email, and the payment method you used.
