I purchased three tickets, but was not able to go on the assigned date. Can I use them at a later date? If so, how long do I have to use the tickets?

    Hello, Han!

Welcome to planDisney, it's nice to meet you! I'm so sorry that you weren't able to make it to the Disneyland Resort when you had originally planned. I hope you'll be able to find your way there soon!

Disneyland Resort Tickets do expire, but that date depends on the type of ticket you purchased. The easiest way to check is to check the tickets in your Disney account.

    • On the Disneyland Resort website hover your mouse over "My Disneyland" toward the top right side of the screen and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details" on the popup menu
    • Click the button for "Make or Modify Park Reservations"
    • Click the button for "Book Theme Park Reservations"

From there you should be able to see any tickets that are attached to your account. You should also be able to see their expiration dates.

Another option is to check the Disneyland Mobile App for your tickets. When you open the app just tap on the "≡" to open the menu and select "Tickets and Passes" to see any tickets linked to your account. The expiration date is usually shown on each ticket toward the bottom.

If you're still unable to locate the expiration date for your tickets I recommend calling the "Tickets" phone number for the resort for more help. If you find out that your tickets haven't expired then don't forget to make new park reservations before your visit!

Han, the Disney100 Celebration is going strong! I hope you'll be enjoying a delicious snack and a gorgeous nighttime spectacular at the resort very soon.

    Keep moving forward!
