Hi! I purchased three tickets last year on 5/9/21… we ended up only using two of those tickets. However, I can’t access the other ticket, when I try to make link it gives me an error.

Hi Elizabeth! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to hear that you are planning another visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. The magic is back in full swing since you last visited, and you will surely be in for some forever memory-making!

Now let's see if we can get to the bottom of your ticket question! The answer will depend on which type of ticket you purchased. If you purchased three single-day tickets but only used two, there are a few ways to try to track down that ticket. It sounds like you are not seeing any active tickets within your Disneyland account or in the Disneyland Mobile App under "Tickets & Passes". Let's try to pull up your ticket confirmation email. I usually search my inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation" when I am looking for an old ticket purchase. If you are able to find it, you can try to click on the "Access Your eTickets" button to see if it will take you to any active tickets. If this is not working, you can also check the terms within the email to see if, perhaps, your ticket has expired. Expired tickets will drop out of your account, so this could be a reason you are not seeing them. Not to worry though if this is the case, you can always put the value of an expired ticket toward the purchase of a new one! If you aren't able to find the original email or you find that you are holding an expired ticket, give our Guest Services team a ring at (714) 781-4636. They will be able to help you!

The other scenario may be that you purchased a three-day, multi-day ticket and only used two of the days. While I am hoping this is not the case, the third day would no longer valid as all days on a multi-day ticket must be used within 13 days of first use. Elizabeth, I know this may be a lot to take in, so if you have follow-up questions please feel free to reach out to me directly or to any of my fellow panelists!

I do have some exciting news to share for when you do make a return to the Disneyland Resort! As of April 22nd, the nighttime spectaculars are BACK! For me, a Disney day is not complete without the soaring music, unparalleled storytelling, and seeing those skies light up with magic! Spend your evenings enjoying World of Color, Disneyland Forever fireworks, and The Main Street Electrical Parade! After May 28th, my personal favorite, Fantasmic! will once again light up the Rivers of America! So much to look forward to!

I hope this was helpful in your planning, Elizabeth! Come back to see us real soon, we are always here for you at planDisney

    Never stop dreaming!
