Disneyland Resort question. It sounds like you’re as excited as I am to plan your next pixie-dusted vacation! I’m not sure exactly what type of
theme park tickets you purchased last year, but as you probably heard, many ticket types with unused days were granted an expiration date extension to December 16, 2021. You still have plenty of time to make 2021 a more magical year!
Using the
Disneyland mobile app, you should be able to find any tickets you previously linked to your Disney account. Open the app, then tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines near the bottom of the screen to reach the main menu. Select "Tickets and Passes" to display any linked tickets. If you purchased your tickets directly from the Walt Disney Travel Company or on
Disneyland.com, you should've received an email that includes details about your theme park ticket order and a confirmation number. Try searching for the words “Disneyland Confirmation” in your email inbox, and be sure to check your spam folder just in case it was automatically filtered there. If you’re still unable to locate your ticket information, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist you further.
