    I purchased my three day tickets for 16 people online and received a bar code and was told to pick my tickets up at will call. Will this delay us getting into the park that first day or is there a way to get the tickets ahead of time.

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel for assistance planning your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It sounds like you have a fun trip planned with 16 people who will make so many wonderful memories together. 

    I'm not sure what time of day you are getting into town on the evening prior to your first planned park day, but if possible I recommend that you pick up your tickets then. The "Will Call" locations which they are referring to are at all four theme parks and at the Disney Springs Guest Relations Lobby. If it fits in your schedule, I would plan to head to the Disney Springs Guest Relations Lobby when you arrive in town. This lobby is located at the Town Center Welcome Center section of Disney Springs. You will want to be sure to bring your ticket confirmation number and the credit card which you used to purchase the passes. 

    If this doesn't work for you, then I recommend heading to Guest Relations at the parks at least a half-hour prior to opening.
