Hi there, Vicki! It's a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney!
You're less than a week away from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Before you know it, you'll be walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A., so we'd better make sure all of your plans are practically perfect.
Vicki, my guess is that you might need to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. That's a necessary step before you can make reservations for the theme parks. If you haven't set up an account yet, it's totally free and it will definitely come in handy while you're in the parks. Go ahead and
create your My Disney Experience account now and sign in, and we'll go from there.
Account all set? Great! Now, you just need to link your tickets. Head over to the
Link Your Reservations and Purchases page on the Walt Disney World website and select "Tickets." On the next page, you'll enter the ID number on your ticket or confirmation email. If you're having trouble locating the number, there are samples on the right side of the page that you can scroll through to help you find it. Next, assign the ticket to a member of your party, and then confirm. Follow the same procedure for each ticket, and you should be good to go! Then you can pop back over to the
Disney Park Pass page and make your theme park reservations.
If you do have an account and you've linked your tickets to them but still can't make your reservations, you can try changing browsers or making your reservations through the
My Disney Experience app on your phone. If nothing seems to work, you'll want to
give Guest Relations a call at the number listed for "Website Support." A Cast Member will be happy to help you get everything all squared away.
Vicki, I'm crossing all of my fingers and toes that this helps you make your Disney Park Pass reservations. Hopefully, at this time next week you'll be having a magical day at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
