Hello Donna and welcome to planDisney! It's so lovely to see you here today.
It makes me sad to hEAR you're experiencing what appEARs to be technical difficulties when planning towards what's sure to be a zip-a-dee-doo-dah July vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. Donna, I also understand the frustration of those lengthy phone wait times too!
However, I am pleased you've found your way to planDisney, because although I'm not actually that tech-savvy, I am able to provide some pixie-dusted pointers for planning towards your upcoming visit to the most magical place on earth!
Firstly, in a bid to ensure Experiment 626 (or Stitch, as he's known to his friends!) isn't somewhere lurking and creating mischief, I wonder if it might be a good idea to clear all your cookies on your desktop computer before once again signing in to your
My Disney Experience account.
Once you've successfully signed in to My Disney Experience (on a desktop computer) you'll need to ensure that your already purchased valid
Disney Theme Park Tickets have been properly linked to your account to enable you to make those all-important
Disney Park Pass reservations. You can double-check this by -
- From the My Disney Experience drop-down menu select
My Plans- Scroll down the page a little until you see the heading
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.
- Underneath this heading, select
Tickets & Memory Maker where you should see any successfully linked tickets
If you do not see your Disney Theme Park Tickets, that may be the reason why you haven't been able to make Disney Park Pass reservations.
To link Disney Theme Park Tickets -
- In My Disney Experience hover over the
Park Tickets icon and select
Link Tickets- Follow all the on-screen prompts to
input ticket ID numbers and with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should be good to go!
When thinking about the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, I've sometimes found that my installed App needed to update to the latest version currently available to enable the App to function to its fullest capacity. It might be worth either simply updating, or uninstalling the My Disney Experience Mobile App completely, before reinstalling it on your smart device to gain the newest and most updated version possible.
I really hope that I've been able to provide a little insight for you today Donna. However, if you are still experiencing any difficulties in linking your tickets and making Disney Park Pass reservations, then I really do highly recommend speaking with a knowledgeable Cast Member by calling the number for
Website Support contained within this useful
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
Donna, if you should have any further questions about planning your vacation next month to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to
planDisney where I'd be only too happy to help where I can!
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
