Nancy from Guatemala Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I purchased theme park tickets online and I can see them under My Tickets and Passes section in MDE app but when I try to do fast pass selections it asks me to link tickets or remove guest from party. My tickets are for Nov18th more than 30 days from today

Hey, Nancy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. I am so glad you were able to link your Disney Theme Parks Tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Those tickets are necessary for making FastPass+ selections. What you are experiencing is actually what is supposed to happen, so no worries! Once you are 30 days away from the date your Disney Theme Park Tickets are set to begin, then your FastPass+ booking window will open. The system is not allowing you to make FastPass+ selections or even check the available inventory because you do not have eligible tickets that cover days within the next 30 days. As long as you see your tickets within your My Disney Experience account and that they are linked to the correct people, then you are all set!

The one exception to this would be if you have a Disney Resort Hotel reservation that begins on November 18. If so, then you are eligible to make your FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of the check-in date. If you do actually have a resort reservation, make sure that it is linked to your My Disney Experience account and everyone in your party is linked correctly to it. Please give the My Disney Experience phone line a call for further assistance if this does affect you.

Thanks again for stopping by with your question and please let us know if you have any others as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventures!
