Heigh-ho Chris, it's off to
Walt Disney World you go!
After finalizing a
theme park ticket purchase or
vacation package reservation, you can hear me whistling while I work all day long with excitement! Let's get your tickets and theme park reservations straightened out so you'll feel more like Happy and not at all like Grumpy.
When you bought theme park tickets online, whether you went directly through the Walt Disney World website or a third-party vendor, you should have received a confirmation e-mail that included a 12 digit alpha-numeric code, usually just below a barcode. I checked a recent confirmation e-mail I got from Tickets At Work, an organization that offers discounts on entertainment and theme park tickets, and attached to the e-mail was a PDF with a bar code in the top right corner and associated Walt Disney World reservation number. I also found a confirmation e-mail for tickets I purchased directly from Disney just last month, and the reservation number needed to link the tickets was in both the subject line and the main body of the e-mail. Look for an e-mail in your inbox from "Walt Disney World Reservations" if you're having trouble finding it. Be sure to check your Spam and Junk Mail folders just in case.
Once you locate the confirmation e-mail, you should have no problem linking the tickets to your My Disney Experience account and accessing the
Disney Park Pass System. If you continue to have issues,
give the friendly folks at Disney a call, and they'll be able to assist you. If you experience a brief hold, check out the
Disney Parks Blog and
find us on social media to pass the time and catch up on recent Disney news while you wait. I hope everything works out for you, Chris, and if there's anything else we can do before your vacation begins, come back and see us again. We're all ears!
Best wishes for a magical adventure,
Betsy
