Greetings, Brandon and welcome to
planDisney!
You have selected an incredible time to visit the
Disneyland Resort as it will be at the heart of the
Disney100 celebration marking the 100-year history of The Walt Disney Company, congratulations.
Brandon, typically, when Guests purchase their
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets on the official Disney website, a
Theme Park Reservation is made at the time of the ticket purchase process. I would like you to sign into your Disney account online and select the
Ticket and Reservation Details link beneath the
My Disneyland planning dropdown on the top right of the website page. This area will show any existing theme park tickets and the ability to make Theme Park Reservations.
If you prefer to use the
Disneyland Mobile App to make your Theme Park Reservations, once signed into the app, from the main page select the Feature Menu (three stacked lines on the bottom right) to proceed to your
Welcome Brandon page. From there kindly select the
Tickets and Passes tile to make Theme Park Reservations.
Brandon, if the tickets were purchased from another source, then you may have to link the valid theme park tickets to your Disney account to secure Theme Park Reservations. To link your valid Disneyland Resort theme park tickets online, once signed in please select the
Ticket and Reservation Details beneath the
My Disneyland planning tab on the top right of the website to enter the theme park ticket ID numbers, and from that point you should be able to secure your Theme Park Reservations. If you wish to link your theme park tickets using the Disneyland Mobile App, select the Feature Menu (three stacked lines on the bottom right) and when you arrive at your
Welcome Brandon page, please scroll down to the
Link Tickets link to either scan the bar code of each ticket or to enter the ticket ID number manually for each ticket. Once your theme park tickets are linked, you should be able to secure Theme Park Reservations.
Brandon, from what I can see the Disneyland Resort Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar currently shows availability for most theme park ticket types including those with the Park Hopper option. Once you open the Disneyland Resort Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar, please select the button that says, “Park Hopper Ticket Guests” to secure reservations. If you experience further difficulty, please contact
Disneyland Resort – Tickets for direct support.
Tips:Using your
Park Hopper Option on your existing theme park tickets, you only have to make a Theme Park Reservation for the first theme park of the day. At 1:00 PM or later, after having visited your first reserved theme park, you will be able to visit a second theme park without a Theme Park Reservation and then go between the two theme parks (pending availability) until the parks close – what a great way to optimize your visit to the Disneyland Resort theme parks!
Brandon, it was my pleasure offering a little advice today and I wish you all the best with your Theme Park Reservations.
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
