Hello Griselda! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for thinking of us when it comes to your Disney vacation planning questions!
I understand that plans change, and although it is disappointing that a member of your party might not make it for your visit, I'm happy to report that it is possible to reassign your ticket to someone else, as long as the ticket has not yet been scanned at the theme park entry. Once a ticket has been scanned, it is officially assigned to a Guest with their name and photo, and it can no longer be changed. If you would like to reassign the name on an unused ticket, feel free to call
Guest Services or use the chat feature in the
Disneyland mobile app.
Now, Griselda, I should mention that your
Southern California Resident Ticket is only valid for Guests residing in ZIP codes 90000- 93599 or for Northern Baja California residents within ZIP codes 21000-22999. Proof of residency using valid government-issued identification may be required for any adults using this ticket, so I recommend that you ensure your ticket is reassigned to a Guest who is eligible for the Southern California Resident ticket offer.
I hope this is helpful, Griselda! Please don't hesitate to come back to
planDisney if we can offer any other recommendations for your visit to Disneyland Resort. I hope you'll make some time to enjoy all the special, festive offerings during the
Disney100 Celebration. It really is a special occasion honoring the Walt Disney Company's enduring legacy with limited edition treats, one-of-a-kind live entertainment, and platinum decorations worthy of the centennial anniversary!
Wishing you
Wondrous Journeys,
Tishra
