I purchased a Southern California pass back in early 2020 and only used 1 day. My ticket information does not show up in my account anymore. Have I lost my 2 remaining days? Would I receive a refund?

    Hey Jose!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I hope you love living in Southern California as much as I do. Not only do we have great weather year round, but we have easy access to Walt’s original theme park! The SoCal Resident Ticket is such an amazing deal and I always recommend it to friends and family when it comes around.

I’m sorry to hear that you were only able to use 1 out of the 3 days from your ticket. You’ll be happy to hear that these tickets have been extended through December 16, 2021. They do have some blackout dates which are July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021. If your tickets have disappeared from your Disney Account, you can try re-linking them if you have the original tickets or your email confirmation if they were E-Tickets. If you're still having trouble, you’ll have to contact Ticket Services as they’ll be the best ones to assist you.

Well Jose, I hope you can get this taken care so you can enjoy a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
