I purchased a Southern California 3 day pass and lost my ticket. What can I do?

    Hello Jacqueline,

Thanks for stopping by to see us at planDisney!

I'm really sorry to hear that your 3-day California Resident Ticket appears lost. I'm hopeful that perhaps by now the ticket has turned up (whew!) and you're good to go to visit the Disneyland Resort and enjoy all the magic of  Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

If it so happens that your ticket is still not to be found, my best suggestion is to call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance. A Cast Member with the Ticket Services team can give you the best guidance on your options and next steps for your ticket.

You could also try to connect with a Cast Member to get their advice by using the "Chat with Us" feature in the  Disneyland Resort mobile app.

Jacqueline, I'm sure hopeful that you'll be planning your visit to the Disneyland Resort theme parks real soon, and when you do, I hope you'll let the planDisney panelists know if you're looking for any tips or suggestions. We're here for you and happy to help with your plans.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
