Hiya, Sarah!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! You always have a friend in us, and I'm happy to be your planEAR today!
Oh dear! I'm so sorry that your thoughtful gift went unused, Sarah! However, their loss is your Disney gain because yes, you should be able to apply the value of these wholly unused
Southern California Resident tickets to your remaining
Magic Key annual pass balance. I for sure applied an unused ticket to my Annual Pass balance pre-pandemic, so I know it's possible. You might be able to make this magic trick happen by calling the
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Helpline, but your better (and faster) bet would be to speak to someone in person at the ticket booths between
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your
My Disneyland Account which is the only reason I'm not guaranteeing this can be done. But, as long as you haven't applied any other expired tickets-as-credit to your Keys during your current contract yEAR, and you know that the tickets were not redeemed at all, then you should be fine.
Pro Tip: If you have more expired tickets than you have Magic Keys, you can save them to apply to future renewals, or you can apply the value of the old promotional tickets to brand new T
heme Park Admission Tickets, including new
special offers, discounts, and promotional passes as they're released. The number to all to make this
ticket transaction is (714) 781-4636.
I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Sarah, and helped to stretch your Disney dollars! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we're sharing even more tips and tricks. We even just launched the
brand new planDisney Podcast! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
