If I purchased something from a store at Hollywood Studios and it didn’t fit, can I return it to World of Disney at Disney Springs? I have my receipt.

    Hiya, Virginia!

It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome YOU to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by!

First of all, I bet you had an OUT OF THIS WORLD experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios! I hope you were able to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railray! My family had the chance to ride them both this past July, and we absolutely LOVED these two MAGICAL attractions!

OK...You have asked a great question! After using my investigative skills and talking to a very helpful Cast Member, I have your answer! WOO HOO!

If you purchase something from a Disney Park and the item needs to be returned, it must be returned to the store where you purchased the item. HOWEVER...I have some great news for you! What you can do is call the Walt Disney World Online Merchandise Guest Support System at 877-560-6477 and discuss different return options with a Cast Member. Your receipt is required for return, so I am so glad you still have your receipt. When I called to verify this number, the hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
