    We purchased 5 SoCal tickets in January of 2020. We only went 1 or the 3 days. Unfortunately, 1 of our tickets has been misplaced between then and now. How do we move forward in making our reservations without this one ticket? Thank you, Debbie

    I’m delighted to hear that you took advantage of one of the best promotional offers of the year! The SoCal Resident Ticket offer! It's the Disneyland Resort ticket offer I always tell all my friends and family about when it’s released each year. I have exciting news to share! Your ticket expiration date has been extended and is now valid through December 16, 2021. So the unused portion of your tickets will not go to waste! Please note, SoCal Resident tickets are now subject to the following blockout days: July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021.  
     
    If you purchased tickets through the Disneyland App, your eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your Disneyland Resort account on the website, that's okay! You should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information when you made the purchase last year. If you're unable to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further.
