I purchased a SOCAL LOCAL OFFER 3-DAY 1-PARK per day in early 2020 which I coulnot use due to COVID. I understood that the expiration date was extended to 12/31/2021 and then 12/31/2022. I have some more questions regarding these reservations.

Hi J, welcome back to planDisney!

I'm happy to help with your questions!

First, I recommend that you confirm the expiration date of your tickets. You can do this through the Disneyland Mobile App. Once you load up the App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes". You should see your tickets along with their expiration dates. If you don't see your tickets there, then you'll need to link them to your account. You should see a "Link Tickets & Passes" option, and that should take you through the steps to link your tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you should see your tickets there along with their expiration dates.

If your tickets are still active and have not expired, then you can make your theme park reservations! You can take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if the date and park you'd like to visit has availability. Once you're ready to make your reservations, just log in to your Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link, and select "Make Park Reservations". Easy right?

If for some reason your tickets happen to be expired, don't worry, you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Just visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths or try calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636 and the fantastic Cast Members can help!
