Hi, Megan!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for sending us a question. I bet you can’t wait to get back to the magic of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park!
I have great news for you. Since you purchased a Southern California Resident Ticket during 2020, the expiration date has been extended through December 16, 2021. That means you can now use your previously-purchased
theme park ticket on two more days until then, pending
theme park reservation availability. Keep in mind when planning your visits that the previous blockout days of July 4 and November 20-27, 2021 will still apply.
To make a theme park reservation using your ticket, open the
Disneyland mobile app and tap the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Select “Link Tickets & Passes'' and scan the barcode for the ticket with your smartphone’s camera or enter the ticket ID number manually. Once your ticket is successfully linked to your Disney account, select “Ticket and Reservation Details” and then “Make Park Reservations” to select an available date and confirm your plans. Magic Morning, an early admission option, is not currently being offered and an announcement hasn’t yet been made regarding when it might return, but check back for updates as your visit approaches!
I hope this information helps, Megan. Do you have any other
Disneyland Resort questions? Please send them our way!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
