Hiya, Linh! Thanks for popping in to planDisney with your question. The pandemic has been very difficult and I hope this message finds you and yours in good health. Planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is good for the soul and is sure to sprinkle some pixie dust and happiness where it is needed most.
Linh, I believe you can use the
tickets you purchased last year towards a visit for this year, as most tickets purchased in 2021 will expire on January 12, 2023. There are some exceptions. Let’s figure this out together. First, if you haven’t already, download the
Disneyland mobile app, as this will help you quickly link your tickets to your account. Within the app, you can click “Tickets and Passes”, which will take you to a page where you can link your tickets. You can either scan the barcode or enter the 18-digit ID Number.
Next, visit the
Theme Park Reservations page on the website, click the button titled “Make Park Reservations”, then click the “Book Theme Park Reservation” link. This will take you to a page where you should see the tickets you linked to your account. As you continue through the process, you’ll be able to select available reservation dates. If you don’t see your desired date(s) available, Hakuna Matata! That means no worries. Sometimes Guests’ plans change, and additional reservations can become available.
For any reason if you are having issues linking your tickets, you can contact a friendly Cast Member via
phone or using the handy “Chat with Us” feature in the Disneyland mobile app.
Once you have your dates set, don’t forget that
dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
Mobile Ordering is also a great way to schedule your meals and snacks to be ready for you when you walk up!
Linh, come back and see us if you have more questions. You’ve got a friend in me!
