I just purchased 5 socal 3 day tickets for my family to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday. We are from LA, but his grandparents are from nocal. I thought I could purchase the 5 tickets under my zip code as long as we are attending together. Am I correct?

A warm welcome from all of us at planDisney to you, Tonya. Thanks for stopping by to share this question with us. There's no better place to celebrate a milestone birthday than at the Disneyland Resort.

It sounds like you have quite a magical day lined up and I'm so excited for you. The Southern California Resident Ticket Offer is a great deal and I'm so glad that you will be able to take advantage of this offer. All ticket holders must present a valid government-issued photo ID as proof of residency (eligible zip codes include 90000-93599) to redeem these tickets. Unfortunately, if his grandparents do not have a valid eligible ID, they will not be able to use this specific ticket. Although you've already purchased the tickets, no need to worry, you can reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the Tickets phone line for help with upgrading their theme park tickets.

During your visit, make sure to stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. to get a complimentary "Happy Birthday!" button for your son. I always enjoy wearing this around the resort when I'm celebrating and hearing the Cast Members wish me a happy birthday.

I'm sorry this is probably not the answer you were hoping for, Tonya. However, I hope the information is helpful and that you are able to get all of your tickets sorted out soon. You're going to have a magical time and make some very special memories. Cheers and "Happy Birthday!" to your son.
