Janette from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased a SoCal 3-day ticket and was only able to use one day before the shutdown. I tried to make reservations but it says my tickets aren’t linked. I tried to re-link the tickets and it says they are already linked. I’ve been on phone hold 3 hours.

    Hi Janette,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question.  I am so happy to hear that Disneyland Resort will be reopening soon, I can't wait to be walking down Main Street U.S.A. with a delicious churro in my hand!

I am so sorry to hear that it has been difficult for you to link your Theme Park Tickets.  With all of the excitement, guests have been contacting Disneyland Resort and Cast Members are working hard answering everyone's questions, but wait times may be longer than usual.  It sounds like you have already tried to link your Theme Park Tickets, so unfortunately you will need to speak with a Cast Member at Ticket Services by calling (714) 781-4636.  Once you get through, the Cast Member will be able to get your Theme Park Tickets properly linked in no time.  I know wait times are longer than usual, so when I called last week I set my phone on "speaker" and went about my day listening to Disney Music.  Even the wait was magical!

With a little "Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust" you will be able to make your Theme Park Reservations and get back to Disneyland Resort in a few short weeks.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
