I’m sorry to hEAR that you’re having trouble finding the
theme park ticket you recently purchased for your sister. I have also received an email stating that the order is being processed, so not to fear, this is a normal part of the confirmation process. I took a look back at the email I received, and it said, “You will soon receive an email to inform you of the status of your order once processing has been completed.” Typically, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive your confirmation email, which will offer access to your eTicket. If it has been longer than that, I recommend calling a Cast Member for assistance at (714) 781-4636, and they’ll be happy to help you!
As you prepare for your visit to the Disneyland Resort, I recommend
downloading the Disneyland app – it’s my favorite handy helper in the parks! My family and I love taking advantage of the
mobile ordering option, which saves valuable park time, and has prevented many toddler (and adult) meltdowns! You can also use the app to access the new
Disney Genie+ service to help you experience the perfect Disney day upon entering the theme parks.
