Hi Kelly,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to drop by with your question for us. I’m sorry you were unable to visit the
Disneyland Resort theme parks last year because of the pandemic. I’m excited for April 30, 2021 when the theme parks will finally reopen for California residents with limited capacity! Like so many people, I'm ready to stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. and zoom down Matterhorn Bobsleds!
I see that you caught the latest announcements on
Disney Parks Blog. You’re absolutely correct that Guests with previously purchased tickets (and unable to use them due to the closure as a result of the pandemic) can begin making reservations for park entry on April 12, 2021.
Kelly, I recommend that you try linking your valid theme park tickets to your Disney account again. Many Guests have had their previously linked theme park tickets “disappear” from their Disney account because the original expiration date had passed. Once linked, they should reappear on your Disney account. You will be able to access the theme park reservation system no earlier than 8 AM on April 12, 2021. When prompted, you’ll create your travel party, choose the date and park you wish to visit, review and confirm your selections!
Stitch sometimes likes to wreak havoc. If you’re still encountering issues with linking your valid tickets to your Disney account, you can contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly provide assistance.
If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again! We’re all EARS.
Sending you pixie dusts,
Kiki
