Hey there, Caroline! Thanks so much for dropping by planDisney to ask the panelists your ticket question.
Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to visit Disneyland Resort to use the tickets that you previously purchased! Let's get that fixed! Generally, it seems that standard theme park tickets expire at the end of the following year. However, we do not have the ability to look at tickets or Disney accounts to be able to see these details to give you a definite answer.
I have two suggestions to help you find your ticket expiration dates.
- Download the
Disneyland app and sign in to your Disney account. Next, click the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen and then click on "Tickets and Passes". If you haven't already linked these tickets to your account you can do this by clicking on the top right "+" and using your ticket ID numbers to link each ticket. Your digital tickets should then pop up here to swipe through and under each ticket barcode, there should be a "Valid Through xx/xx/xxxx" date. This would be your expiration date.
-Reach out to one of the lovely Cast Members at
Ticket Services by phone or use the "Chat with Us" feature on the Disneyland app. You can find this by clicking on those three horizontal lines at the bottom right again and scrolling down. It's usually the last box to click on and happens to be my favorite way to get a quick answer.
Caroline, I hope this helps you get one step closer to visiting The Happiest Place on Earth soon!
Carrie
