I purchased 3 single day tickets on an American express card and just received the Disney rewards visa card and want to switch the payment to the Disney rewards visa card. Is that possible over the phone or at the ticket window upon entry to the park?

Hey there, hi there Kevin! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be.

Congratulations on acquiring the Disney Visa Card! I've been a cardholder since its initial launch more than ten years ago, and it's been a magical part of my credit card lineup ever since. I love using my Rewards Dollars to cover a variety of expenses on my Disney vacations. From purchasing snacks to souvenEARs, it's easy to redeem those rewards.

Kevin, while the friendly Cast Members in Walt Disney World can help you with almost everything you need to zip-a-dee-do, they won't be able to transfer purchases from one credit card to another. You'll need to call American Express and possibly Chase Visa to make this happen. I recommend doing this as soon as possible to take advantage of special financing on Disney vacation purchases.

I hope everything works out for you, Kevin. Don't forget to check for shopping and dining discounts available to Disney Visa cardholders before you go, and have a wonderful vacation!

    Happy holidays,
    Betsy
