Hi Kayla,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Fall is such a beautiful time around the Walt Disney World Resort, the weather is cooling off and you get to enjoy the fall decorations which only come out once a year! Make sure to stay tuned to
Disney Parks Blog to see what other event opportunities might be happening during your vacation.
Kayla, since you already purchased your tickets, you should be receiving a confirmation email which will detail your reservation information and confirmation number. In the past, I’ve received my confirmation email within a day or so, hopefully it’s on its way. First, I suggest checking your email’s junk mail folder, sometimes the email can accidentally be filtered into that area. If you’re not finding it there, I suggest reaching out to the
Existing Tickets help desk so they can help you locate your confirmation number for your records and link your Theme Park tickets.
One great thing about My Disney Experience online is that if you booked your tickets through your account online, they will automatically be added to your
My Disney Experience mobile app! To check, you’ll want to sign into the My Disney Experience mobile app, then select the three lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next select the box titled “Tickets and Passes” and in this section you’d see your tickets. If the tickets aren’t showing up here, Hakuna Matata! Once the Cast member locates your confirmation number, you’ll just select the “+” in this section, then select “Link Tickets & Passes” and enter the number.
Once your tickets are linked, make sure to explore which Theme Parks you’d like to visit and book your
Disney Park Pass reservations!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
