Tammy, it is possible that your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket did not automatically link to your
My Disney Experience account. Please verify whether or not your theme park ticket is linked to your account by visiting the “My Plans” section and then
clicking on “Tickets & Memory Maker”. If your ticket is not listed in this section, please
click here to link it now.
Once you have a theme park ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can
access the Disney Park Pass theme park reservation system.
To expedite the process, please be sure to
add any Guests traveling with you to your family and friends list in advance of making your theme park reservations. Additionally, I encourage you to
check the Disney Park Pass theme park reservation availability calendar.
You will need to verify your travel party, select a date, and choose a theme park you wish to visit before confirming your selection.
